Luis Neer is a poet and high school student from West Virginia. They are the author of This is a Room Where You Wait for New Language (Ghost City Press, October 2015), BECOME DEATH (Maudlin House, January 2016), and Autobiography (Bottlecap Press, March 2016). A 2014 alumnus of the creative writing program at the West Virginia Governor's School for the Arts, their poems have appeared in numerous journals in print and online. Isabella Neer is a writer, filmmaker and high school student from West Virginia. In 2014, she was the Ambassador for the Arts for the West Virginia Governor's School for the Arts, where she studied creative writing, and in 2015 she attended the Governor's Honors Academy.
